Bree wearing her Wellingtons 1

Bree thought it was going to rain so she wore her Wellingtons but the weather turned out fine.

I feel such a fool walking around in my Wellingtons

Ever since I was 14 I have had a passion for Rubber Wellingtons and went to School with my shiny Dunlop Wellingtons on even in the hottest weather much to the amusement of the other Girls in my class and they christened me "Wellygirl" I got my first pair of Hunter Wellingtons when I was 16 and to this day I wear my Wellingtons when going to work, shopping and nights out with my Girlfriends. I prefer to wear my Wellingtons with Tights as I like the feel against my legs and it makes them easier to slip on and off.     I used to feel self-conscious wearing mine on dry days, but I persisted (and got over it)! Keep wearing your Wellingtons, Bree, there is nothing worse than seeing somebody wearing their Wellingtons, if you have shoes on!

    They sure do Julie. Tell her not to be so self-conscious. Wear sunglasses on a hot day like I do…..It’s surprising how many look out the corner of their eye & smile at me…….so I smile back.
    She look gorgeous.

    I think everyone here has the right idea… We all know that Bree looks gorgeous in her floral skirt and Wellingtons, and shouldn’t feel foolish at all! If I was there, I’d be walking next to her wearing my Wellingtons, and we’d both look amazing!

    Yes Lucy, & the sound of those Wellingtons flapping on our legs as Julie runs up tp meet us would be sooooo mmmmm, how shall I say, “damp-inducing” don’t you think?
